There is / There are qaydası

There is və there are, Azərbaycan türkçəsindəki var ifadəsinin qarşılığıdır. Əgər isim təkdirsə there is, cəmdirsə there are  qəlibini istifadə edirik. Bu quruluşu, eyni zamanda bir şeyin yerini bildirmək üçündə istifadə edirik.  

There is / There are cümlələr

- There is a big tree in the garden. (Bağçada böyük bir ağac var.)

- There is a good programme on TV tonight. (Bu gecə televizorda gözəl bir veriliş var.)

- Excuse me, is there a good hotel near here? (Bağışlayın, buralarda gözəl bir otel var mı?)

- There isn't any money in the bag. (Çantada heç pul yol.)

- There is a vase on the table. (Stolun üstündə bir güldan var.)

- There are some students in the classroom. (Sinifdə bir neçə tələbə var.)

- There is a cat under the bed. (Çarpayının altında bir pişik var.)

- There is a chair near the door. (Qapının yanında bir stul var.)

- There are two chairs in the room. (Otaqda iki stul var.)

- There are three cats in the garden. (Bağçada 3 pişik var.)

► Bu quruluşu inkar etmək üçün köməkçi feldən sonra not hissəciyi gətirilir.  There isn't və There aren't Azərbaycan türkçəsindəki yox ifadəsinin qarşılığıdır.

- There isn't a white book on the table. (Stolun üstündə ağ bir kitab yoxdur.)

- There isn't a poster on the wall. (Divarda bir poster yoxdur.)

- There is not an apple in the basket. (Səbətdə bir alma yoxdur.)

- There aren't any students in the classroom.(Sinifdə heç tələbə yoxdur.)

- There aren't any books on the shelf. (Rəfdə heç kitab yoxdur.)

► Bu quruluşu sual formasına çevirmək üçün köməkçi fellər (is vəya are) cümlənin əvvəlinə gətirilir.

- Is there a box on the chair? (Stulun üstündə bir kitab var (mı?))

- Is there an apple in the box? (Qutunun içində bir alma var?)

- Is there a cat under the table? (Stolun altında bir pişik var?)

- Is there a bird on the tree? (Ağacın üstündə bir quş var?)

- Is there a chair near the door? (Qapının yanında bir stul var?)

- Are there two books on the table? (Stolun üstündə iki dənə kitab var?)

- Are there four boxes on the chair? (Stulun üstündə 4 qutu var?)

► İnkar sual soruşmaq istəsək  “is there” ilə “A” arasına “not” hissəciyi gətirilir. Məsələn,

- Is there not a book on the table? (Stolun üstündə bir kitab yoxdur?)

- Isn't there a dog in the garden? (Bağçada bir it yoxdur?)

- Aren't there two balls in the box? (Qutunun içərisində iki top yoxdur?)

► THERE IS AND IT IS

There is a vase on the table. (Stolun üstündə bir güldan var.)

Bu cümlədə "It's a vase on the table" deyə bilmərik.

Ancaq;

I like this vase. It's very expensive. (Bu güldanı bəyənirəm. O çox bahalıdır.)

Bu nümunədə də "there is" qəlibini istifadə edəbilmərik. .
