Listen to news from a variety of English-speaking countries (UK, Ireland, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa) for the Listening test to become acclimated to varied accents.

Podcasts are also a great source of information. They can last as little as two minutes or as long as an hour. They also cover a wide range of topics, so you'll have no trouble finding something to listen to in the time you have.

TED Talks are also beneficial. These are brief online lectures that are ideal for practicing listening to monologues. Again, there is a wide choice of topics to choose from.

Your listening abilities will steadily develop if you listen to anything every day for at least 10-15 minutes.
